Agape Books and Café is not just a "Christian Bookstore". They provide awesome resources at great prices for sure but, Agape is the epitome of a true "Community Center". A place where the community has come together and a place where people have enjoyed fellowship. People are inspired to contribute time, talents and treasures to world changing causes at Agape. Jenn is far more than a business owner. She is a warm, loving, caring woman - passionate and authentic about her convictions and her faith. I missed out on a lot of fellowship opportunities over at Agape before the quarantine, but this will be a place I frequent when this thing is all over! Local Springfield residents, Jenn & Michael have raised their family here for the past 15 years. Jenn was born in the area and met her husband Michael while working in Pittsburgh. Over the course of their marriage, God has brought them to different locations for Michael’s job and each time have broadened their skill set to lead them here today. Schooling their boys at home, God has provided the strong family foundation needed to begin this business. In 2017, God led Jenn to Lifeway Christian Store in Springfield where she soon became Manager. With the recent closing of Lifeway’s brick and mortar locations, Jenn and Michael decided to open this oasis in Springfield Town Center where the community can still have a place to meet and fellowship. Stop in and say hi! We look forward to getting to know you!
